POLYOXAL HB PUTTY:
Primary impression material for doubleimpression technique.

POLYOXAL MB: MEDIUM VISCOSITY
Syringe material, double mixing technique, impression taking
of edentulous jaws, and denture re-lining impression taking. Meets the
requirements of DIN 13913 C1, ISO 4823 Type3 Cat. A.
POLYOXAL LB: LOW VISCOSITY
Double impression technique correcting material. Syringe
material meets requirements of
DIN 13913 C1, ISO 4823 Type 3 Cats A.
MIXING RATIO:
Equal parts 1:1 (volume or weight) of base and catalyst
paste are recommended which although different in colour, have the same
consistency, so that an easily controlled homogeneous mix is obtained.
MIXING TECHNIQUE:
Polyoxal MB & LB: Dispense the same quantities of base
and catalyst, onto a mixing pad, mix together with a plastic or stainless steel
spatula within the mixing time of 1 minute to obtain a homogeneous colour ready
for tray loading.
Polyoxal HB: Using the separate measuring spoons, dose 1
level scoopful of each and knead for 1 minute to obtain a homogeneous colour.

Use typically at 23°C. Relative humidity: 50%.Higher
temperature shortens these times and lower temperatures lengthen these times.
IMPORTANT: Latex based rubber gloves should not be used when
mixing Polyoxal HB. Tubs and syringes should be closed immediately after use,
with the correct closures. Do not interchange the caps of the tubs. The
impression can be poured 1 hour after removal.
STORAGE: Maximum temperature 25°C, relative humidity 50 5%.
Do not use after expiry date.
CAUTION: Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of contact
occurs wash immediately with plenty of water or use eye-washers. Seek medical
advice if necessary. Material may stain clothing.
