GI DUO Ortho is self-cured, resin reinforced glass ionomer cement ideally suited for bonding orthodontic brackets and bands.
Its placement in a wet field simplifies application and bonding procedures.
It can be used with a non-etch or etch technique.
Because it's a true glass ionomer cement, it helps to protect against decalcification and decay.

GI DUO Ortho effectively supports brackets, bands and wires for the duration of the orthodontic treatment and removes easily at case completion.

GI Duo Ortho 

INDICATION: GI Duo ortho is a self-curing adhesive recommended for bonding ceramic brackets, acrylic appliances, metal brackets and attachments and also cementation when extra band retention is necessary.

CONTRAINDICATION: In rare cases (delayed and long term) product may cause hypersensitivity or allergy in some people. If such reactions are experienced, discontinue use of the product and refer to physician.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Mixing ratio:

Powder to liquid ratio is 3.0g/1.0g – 1 level scoop of powder to 1 drop of liquid.

Do not invert or shake the powder, hold the liquid bottle vertically and squeeze gently.

Ensure lids are closed tight after dispensing.  

Divide the powder into two equal parts; mix the first portion into all of the liquid for approximately 10 seconds. Mix the second half thoroughly in total for 10-15 seconds. Total mixing time 20-25 seconds.

STORAGE: Do not store at temperature exceeding 25°C and keep away from direct sunlight

Keep bottle tightly closed in a well-ventilated area
